A dream home begins with great design. We are proud to have a consulting Architect available to assist you. In this stage we take your ideas and turn them into a master design plan.
The secret to success in building, is meticulous planning. We finalise your fixed price quote so there are no surprises as we build your dream home.
For you this is the exciting stage of the project, as you begin to see your dreams turn into reality. You will have a dedicated Site Manager, available to you 24/7. Your Site Manager is responsible for keeping the project on time. They are also responsible for ensuring our masters trades team complete their work to an exception level.
This is the most enjoyable part of the process for you and us! We ensure that you are happy with every detail of your build.

Our quotes are very detailed. We understand that there is nothing worse than learning there will be additional costs once a project has commenced.
At your initial free consultation, we can discuss the approximate build costs for your project.
Because we are a custom builder, the final cost can only be determined once designs have been finalised and a full scope of works determined. There ae many considerations such as your selections and finishes. We also need to full assess the site.
For extensive renovations and new custom homes, we offer a design and estimation service in our Preliminary Services Agreement. This stage includes completing the design, a detailed estimate and Council approvals. We prepare a full set of building plans which you will then own. This enables you to get a complete understanding of every detail of your project before the final commitment of proceeding to build.
We spend a lot of time in the design and planning stage to minimise the variations we need to do once the building stage begins.
However, on occasion, you may want to make changes. This may result in a โvariationโ to the Contract and associated costs. We will discuss this fully with you, should this situation arise. We want our clients to always make fully informed decisions.
Yes. If you donโt have plans, we can offer you a design and estimation service. We have 2 packages available depending upon your needs. These will be discussed with you the initial complimentary consultation.
Over the years we have found that breaking the building process down into stages is less overwhelming for our clients. It also gives them more control. The commitment to the building contract only happens once you are completely happy.
We value your time, and we want to help you turn your vision into a reality. To ensure that we design something that meets your needs and stays within your budget, we need to know the parameters we are working with. Without this, we risk designing something you love but maybe canโt afford. And that can be distressing.
So, we need to ask the budget question early in the process. That way we can design your dream home without any nasty surprises.
Are custom build homes and renovations more expensive?
A custom designed home or renovation is designed to your specific requirements. This includes your design and budget. Our budgets include ALL costs, selections and considerations estimated. We provide fixed price building contracts to give you peace of mind.
Our costs and the way we build is quite different to a Project Builder.
We establish a complete design with ALL inclusions from the beginning. Our planning is very detailed and takes some time to complete. The reason we operate this way is because we donโt want you to get any nasty surprises later.
Many are tempted by the budget prices offered by Project Builders. However, costs on these projects can quickly blow out. It is critical to consider demolition (if required), site works and costs for engineering and Council approvals.
We believe that thorough planning and cost estimation from the beginning is critical to making the building process stress-free for you.
At All Round Building Services, we control your costs from the beginning. We have developed fantastic relationships with our suppliers which means that we can source high quality materials at great prices.
You also have direct access to Alex Chupranov. Alex remains very hands-on in the business, liaising directly with our clients throughout their project and beyond.
We do not have โsales team.โ Our passionate team comprises of quality trades people committed to crafting your dream home. As a team we have many years of experience. As a business we focus on quality over quantity.
